Millions of vulnerable Lebanese and Palestinian and Syrian refugees are at risk and in need of relief. Donate to help Lebanon today. Anera has worked in Lebanon since the 1970s, delivering humanitarian relief and long-term development programs to Lebanese communities, Palestinian refugees and Syrian refugees. Today, as Lebanon faces economic collapse and an escalating war, Anera is responding with emergency relief that includes food, medical aid and essential supplies while continuing programs that help communities recover and rebuild. Lebanon is facing one of the most severe economic crises in the world. Since late 2019, the country’s financial system has collapsed, pushing approximately three-quarters of the population below the poverty line. At the same time, a rapidly escalating war has deepened the crisis.
