The Clarendon Scholarship is Oxford's flagship merit-based award, providing full funding (university and college fees + living stipend) to approximately 140 outstanding graduate students per year. Open across all departments. International students from all countries are eligible.

• From Gaza: the government says it will seek to help eligible students leave if the scholarship covers both course fees and living costs, and that the journey out cannot be guaranteed. This award does not say it covers living costs, so it may not qualify for this support.official source
