Scholarship details HESPAL is dedicated to supporting young Palestinian academics with the aim to support the Palestinian higher education sector by building the capacity of its academic staff and addressing its needs and priorities. They are offering one fully funded scholarship (including tuition fees and living expenses) to study a Masters programme at the University of York.
