Reduced fixed fee for citizens of particularly poor and developing countries or non-EU, non-OECD countries If you have citizenship in a particularly poor and developing country or in a non-EU, non-OECD country, you can register by paying a reduced fixed fee. You only have to make a declaration on your family's economic situation, without certificates.
