Amidst the horrors of war, the Consortium and its partners have helped to compile and share information about scholarships and — when possible — to identify opportunities for placements at universities so that Palestinian students can evacuate to safety and continue their education . We need your help . Even with full-tuition scholarships, the average cost of student health insurance, school supplies, and living expenses can add up to more than $30,000. Academic Solidarity with Palestine “Our aim is to help universities in Gaza resume their activities. We’re setting up a worldwide team of university professors, in all subjects, ready to teach Gazan students online.” Amideast Hope Fund The Hope Fund provides young, academically talented Palestinians who possess leadership potential with an opportunity to pursue undergraduate degrees in the United States. Gaza Educate Medics The ongoing conflict in the Gaza Strip has posed significant challenges to the healthcare system, resulting in a shortage of medical professionals and limited educational opportunities for medical students. PalMed Academy, along with individual educators, endeavors to establish a dedicated program to support Palestinian medical students in Gaza. Gaza Scholarship Initiative for Displaced Students In response to the potential of a lost generation, a community of writers, academics and fundraisers connected via We Are Not Numbers (WANN) have come together to support students in Gaza. Having already facilitated the placement of 70 students in universities around the world, with more nearing finalization, they established the Gaza Scholarship Initiative for Displaced Students in honor of Dr. Refaat Alareer, with a promise to Gaza’s students: we will do everything in our power to secure your right to pursue an education. Gaza Student Support Network Our mission is to secure higher educational pathways for every student in Gaza. GSSN helps rebuild human capacity in Gaza by connecting students with universities, delivering vital online programs, and advocating for institutional pathways that expand educational access and opportunity. The Leonard Education Organization We serve bright young Palestinians, women and men, from the West Bank, Gaza, Lebanon, Jordan and beyond by securing and managing scholarships worldwide to colleges and universities and have recently expanded to include other countries.
