MPOWER Financing lends to students accepted to or enrolled in an eligible degree programme at one of its 500+ supported schools in the U.S. or Canada; it does not lend for study elsewhere. You must be a graduate student within the last 30 months of an MBA, master's, DDS or MD, or a student in the last 24 months of a bachelor's, Ph.D. or other degree. It says it supports international students from over 190 countries, as well as refugees and asylum-seekers, but its eligibility pages do not list the countries, so they do not say whether Palestinian, Jordanian, Syrian, Lebanese or other citizens are eligible: check with its online eligibility tool. Canadians studying in Canada are not eligible. If you have already completed a semester, a GPA must be available.

Submit a request You may qualify for an MPOWER student loan if you are: Accepted to or enrolled in an eligible degree program at one of 500+ MPOWER-supported schools in the U.S. or Canada. A graduate student within the last 30 months of an MBA, master’s, DDS or MD degree program or a student in the last 24 months of a bachelor’s, Ph.D. or any other degree program. An international student from over 190 countries, or a DACA recipient, U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylum-seeker. If you’ve already completed at least one semester, a GPA must be available for review.
