Hornby Educational Trust Scholarship The A.S. Hornby Educational Trust is dedicated to strengthening English language teaching worldwide, with a particular focus on capacity building in low- and middle-income countries. In partnership with the University of Exeter, the Trust annually offers funded scholarships for the School of Education's MEd TESOL course . These scholarships are aimed at experienced English language teachers and related professionals who have demonstrated the potential to make a significant impact in the field of English language teaching and learning in their home countries. Who Can Apply? To be eligible, applicants must: Meet the University of Exeter’s admission criteria for the MEd TESOL. These scholarships are only available for the MEd TESOL programme at the University of Exeter. They are not available for the PGCert or PGDip TESOL pathways. Be nationals of and working in countries classified as Least Developed, Low Income, Lower Middle Income, or Upper Middle Income, according to the OECD DAC list . Demonstrate both academic excellence and professional experience in English language teaching or related fields. What’s Included? Full funding for tuition, living costs, and other associated expenses for the duration of the MEd TESOL. Opportunities to engage with a global network of English language teaching professionals.
