The scholarship covers 50% of study costs; the student pays the rest. To apply, fill in Frederick University's own online application (programme details are on frederick.ac.cy), then hand in a copy of that application with the required documents, certified, at the ministry in Ramallah or at its higher-education offices in Hebron or Nablus, by the end of the working day on Sunday 15 November 2026. Students in Gaza fill in the university's online application with all the required documents by the same date, then e-mail a copy of it with the certified documents to the ministry's scholarships department ([email protected]), naming the scholarship, the field and the degree. An incomplete application is void. The announcement is in Arabic.
