The announcement does not say which study levels are offered or what the scholarship covers: the details and conditions are on the university's international-students site, internationalstudents.bup.edu.bd. To apply, submit the application on the university's website, then hand in a copy of it with the required documents, certified and in English, at the ministry in Ramallah, Nablus or Hebron by Thursday 29 October 2026 at 1 pm. Students in Gaza submit the application on the university's website and e-mail a copy of it with the certified English documents to the ministry's scholarships department ([email protected]) by the same time, naming the scholarship, the field and the degree. An incomplete application is not accepted. The announcement is in Arabic.
