Saïd Foundation Scholarships The Saïd Foundation Scholarship Programme aims to empower people through educational opportunities and to encourage the development of the Middle East. It is targeted towards outstanding individuals with leadership potential who will be drivers of positive change within our target countries of Syria, Jordan, Lebanon and Palestine. We primarily offer scholarships for one-year masters courses in the UK. There are no restrictions on academic subjects, and candidates must apply to one or more of the Foundation’s partner universities. Rhodes Scholarships In 2016, the Saïd Foundation entered into an historic partnership with the Rhodes Trust at the University of Oxford to extend the world’s most prestigious scholarships to the Foundation’s target countries of Syria, Jordan, Lebanon and Palestine. Since 2017, every year two new Saïd Rhodes Scholars are selected from Syria, Jordan, Lebanon, and Palestine to undertake graduate studies at Oxford. They join hundreds of bright young people from around the world who are committed to achieving public good. More information about the Rhodes scholarships can be found on Rhodes Trust website . UNHCR DAFI Undergraduate Scholarships The Foundation’s partnership with UNHCR and the DAFI Programme started in 2014 and has since then supported over 400 Syrian refugees with university scholarships in Jordan and Lebanon. MBA/DPhil Scholarships at Saïd Business School The Saïd Business School Foundation (SBSF) is a charitable trust established in 1998 in order to support Saïd Business School in its pursuit of excellence. SBFS provides a number of partial MBA and DPhil scholarships to support students to pursue their degrees at the Saïd Business School.
