Use the calculator below to estimate your costs as a KU Pharmacy student. The calculator assumes 18 credit hours per year (9 each semester), but you can adjust hours to see how costs change. The Pharm.D program averages 34 credit hours per academic year and 140 hours for a full degree. Adjust your hours accordingly if you're interested in the Pharm.D program. Remember, tuition and fees cover only charges paid to KU. Be sure to budget for housing, food, books, supplies, transportation, and personal expenses. All other undergraduate students pay a prorated rate of $46.47 per credit hour. Required wellness fees for undergraduates are $245.40 per semester, for students taking three or more credit hours. Beginning in Fall 2023, the university will no longer offer the Pharm D. Compact Tuition Rate to incoming Pharmacy students. Students in a current Pharm D. Tuition Compacts (Fall 2020, Fall 2021, and Fall 2022 entering classes) will continue in their compact and will see no tuition increase.
